the location proved quite convenient. a sainsbury's shop next door made getting snacks easy! there were also many dining options nearby.
the room's temperature control wasn't perfect, sometimes too warm and other times too cool.

The team members were helpful. I appreciated the food choices at breakfast. The room layout was nice, AND it offered enough space. The staff was quite friendly. Their service stood out.
The shower lacked gel in its dispenser, a minor inconvenience.

buffet choicehard bednon-functioning air conditioning
the breakfast was nice. it was a buffet with plenty of choice.
The rooms seemed tired. the double bed felt rock hard. I did not sleep well. there did not seem to be functioning air conditioning in the room. It was either too hot or too cold.

ignored requestbroken air conditioning
the tv was not a smart tv so i could not cast from my phone i had to ask twice for towels because the first request was ignored i thought this was not good i also had to buy toothbrushes because the hotel had none available the air conditioning in the room did not work either overall i felt deflated
